Sales is the foundation of our 2022 growth strategy, we are therefore seeking an ambitious, hungry and charismatic Sales Manager to help shape the future of Meet Roger by expanding the Roger community in the Benelux region.
What will you do?
- You identify potential client prospects generated through industry knowledge, market analysis and networking events.
- You pitch the Meet Roger platform to key decision-makers, leveraging a consultative selling approach and maintain the full lifecycle of the sales process from prospecting to closure.
- You become a subject matter expert on industry trends that are relevant to targeted vertical markets
- You maintain a steady sales pipeline and report weekly to sales management
- Native in Dutch, professional level of English and French.
- You are extremely comfortable dealing at senior management level conversations and you have strong listing skills with a focused empathetic and consultative ear
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, good analytical skills as you'll have to quickly understand user needs and you are highly organized, result-driven and goal-oriented
- You have experience with B2B sales and you know the ins and outs of LinkedIn
