Customer Success Manager

Region: Antwerp

To keep fueling our growth, we are looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager.

Customer Success is the foundation of our own success: we cannot exist unless our customers receive great value from our product. Everything we do, evolves around customer-centricity. Helping our customers with their internal communication challenges is your goal.

 

What will you do?

  • You oversee the strategic onboarding of new accounts and ensure successful implementations

  • You give training sessions about the use of Meet Roger and assist customers in getting the most out of our product through a variety of different learning channels (by webinar, on-site visits , etc...)

  • You standardize and document all relevant communication throughout our customer journey

  • You help report bugs to our development team and suggests product improvements

  • You are in close contact with sales, marketing and product development

 

Requirements

  • Native in Dutch, professional level of English and French.

  • You have a passion for customer service and helping others.

  • You have great communication skills and you are highly empathic as you’ll have to quickly understand users needs.

  • You are comfortable speaking to both decision-makers and business users.

  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented, you have a passion for life and the Meet Roger product.

  • A degree in communications or related fields is a plus.

 

Inside Sales Representative

Region: Antwerp

Sales is the foundation of our growth strategy: we are seeking an ambitious, hungry and charismatic Inside Sales Representative to help shape the future of Meet Roger. So if you want to see your efforts make an immediate impact then this role is for you and we’d love to hear from you!

 

What will you do?

  • You identify potential client prospects generated through targeted lists created by self-directed online research, email campaigns, and industry events.

  • You proactively address incoming inquiries and leads generated through online advertising and marketing campaigns.

  • You pitch the Meet Roger platform to key decision-makers, leveraging a consultative selling approach, via phone and web meetings

  • You become a subject matter expert on industry trends that are relevant to targeted vertical markets, staying up-to-date with technology and news.

  • You maintain a steady sales pipeline and report weekly to sales management

 

Requirements

  • Native in Dutch, professional level of English and French.

  • You are extremely comfortable dealing at senior management level conversations and you have strong listing skills with a focused empathetic and consultative ear

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, good analytical skills as you'll have to quickly understand user needs and you are highly organized, result-driven and goal-oriented

  • Previous sales or customer service experience in the B2B area is a plus

 

Sales Manager

Region: Antwerp

Sales is the foundation of our 2021 growth strategy, we are therefore seeking an ambitious, hungry and charismatic Sales Manager to help shape the future of Meet Roger by expanding the Roger community in the Benelux region.

 

What will you do?

  • You identify potential client prospects generated through industry knowledge, market analysis and networking events.

  • You pitch the Meet Roger platform to key decision-makers, leveraging a consultative selling approach and maintain the full lifecycle of the sales process from prospecting to closure.

  • You become a subject matter expert on industry trends that are relevant to targeted vertical markets

  • You maintain a steady sales pipeline and report weekly to sales management

 

Requirements

  • Native in Dutch, professional level of English and French.

  • You are extremely comfortable dealing at senior management level conversations and you have strong listing skills with a focused empathetic and consultative ear

  • B2B Sales experience with Saas is a must.
